1. Operation skull clamp installation steps (with installation schematic diagram):

a. Screw off the two nuts "6" on the top of axis "3", install adjustable arm "4" on the axis "3", and install two steady supports "2" on axis "3" according to schematic diagram, and then tighten nuts "6" on both ends of the axis.

b. Insert two pins "1" into the holes of two steady supports "2", tighten the screws on the supports, and adjust the instrument supports "2" distance between centers on axis "3" according to the distance of operation table coupling hole, and then insert the two pins "1" into above coupling hole, and last fix and lock the stupports "2" well with special wrench.

c. Install adjustable crank "8" according to schematic drawing shape, and adjust in accordance with good location according to the operation needs, then press and lock adjustable arm fasten-handle "7".

d. After tighten locking screw "10" on universal regulator "11", install according to the drawing, and then tighten screws of swing Back and forth "9".

e. Install skull fixture rack "13" as drawing, tighten fasten screw of skull fixture rack "12" and then fastening the nail jacking handwheel "16" and nail rack rotation fixed-hand wheel "14", last install three nails (nail "15") as drawing.

f. If you want to use head bracket, as long as you unload skull fixture rack "13", then install the head bracket "17", that is ok.

2. How to use skull operating clamp:

a. Release adjustable arm fasten-handle "7" to adjust back and forth, left to right, up and down to be the best position, then press again, that is ok. If you press handle "7" is not locked tight, as long as you tight adjustable nut "5" at top of adjustable arm "4".

b. Release universal regulator locking screw "10", you can turn the position of skull fixture rack "13", and then choose the best position according to the needs of operation.

C. Release nail rack rotation fixed-handwheel "14", you can turn nail rack 360° at will according to the operation's need, spin nail jacking handwheel "16" until tighten skull.
