Oral Surgery Lights
The Whole reflection optical system is made by CAD/CAM technology, its illumination depth is up to 1000mm; by using color temperature compensation technology, the colour reversion is uprised, and it is more suitable for the illumination of the complex surgery such as encephalon surgery and thorax surgery.
OT Light For Hospital
The CRI for natural light is 100. The CRI of ZF series integral reflecting shadowless operating lamp is 98, which is very near natural light. It can help the surgeon to distinguish the color of operating region (including blood vessel and nerve tract), it can help to distinguish the tissues of body clearly.
OT Ceiling Light
LED lamp beads for OSRAM operation are used, which have high definition, large light spot, no temperature operation field of vision, and emit natural too much eye light to relieve the fatigue of eyes during operation.
Double Arms Shadowless Lamp
YD02 series LED surgical shadowless lamp solves the defects of halogen lamp itself. It is a replacement product of halogen hole lamp. It has LED light-emitting diodes with long service life, adjustable brightness and low cost of use.
Applications of Operating Lamp
Ilumination
Proper lighting is a compromise to ensure good vibility and minimal glare and prevent the surgeon from eye strain. At 1 meter from the light source, the maximum central illuminance (EC) of the center of the light plate must be between 40,000 and 160,000 lx. The size of the light sheet can vary depending on the type of surgery to limit peripheral glare.
Shadow management
In terms of shadow management, what is really important is that the surgical team has useful light when performing operations under the bald head, not the power of the bald head. The quality of light used in surgery depends on the amount of useful light in the cavity. This is a balance between the amount of light and shadow management capabilities.
Amount of light
Because the operating cavity is not flat, the surgeon needs three-dimensional ilumination. Combining multiple light sheets together _glowing and intensities at different heights simultaneously-creates a uniform volume of light. The amount of light is measured by the IEC standard equation: L1+L2.
Thermal management
Light is always energy, so in order to prevent tissues from drying out, safe thermal management must be carried out. Heat can be measured in two places: in the light sheet and the lamp head. High temperatures can cause discomfort to the surgeon and dry out exposed patient tissue. Although LEDs do not produce harmful infrared rays, they still have some heat.
Fail-safe surgical lighting
There is no room for error in the operating room. The design of the fail-safe equipment ensures that there is no safety hazard even under a single failure condition. It guarantees lighting and mobility, and provides a central iluminance of not less than 40,000lx. Under single fault conditions, a single lamp without any protection against light interruption is not fail-safe.
● Hygiene: Operating lamps in operating rooms must have a high-quality, solvent-free coating, consisting of a smooth, high-gloss surface, completely free of pores, and highly resistant to disinfecting products.
● Mobility: For its correct operation, you must keep the weight low and reduce the moment of inertia, which facilitates the movement of the lamp. The suspension of the same must allow unlimited freedom of movement, in three dimensions, allowing the movement of light to positions as extreme as required.
● Safety: Any element that requires electrical energy in an operating room must comply with all common international safety standards.

Clean the lights regularly to remove dust and other particles that can reduce brightness. Use disinfectant solutions that are safe for the materials of the lights to maintain hygiene without damaging the equipment.

》Adjust for Each Procedure
Before each surgery, adjust the lights to ensure they are positioned correctly. This includes setting the right height, angle, and intensity to match the needs of the specific procedure and the preferences of the surgical team.

Regularly check the movable parts of the lights, such as arms and handles, to ensure they move smoothly and stay in place once adjusted. Proper functioning of these parts is crucial for quick and easy adjustments during surgeries.
