April 14, 2026 – HFMED, a professional provider of operating room equipment and integrated clinical solutions, successfully held a dealer technical training session in Changzhou today. The training focused on the company's core products and after-sales service standards, aiming to improve the professional technical level and service capabilities of dealers, further standardize the after-sales service system, and provide consistent high-quality services for global customers.

It is reported that more than 80 dealers from East China and Central China participated in this training. HFMED arranged senior product R&D engineers and after-sales technical experts as trainers, focusing on the technical parameters, installation and debugging methods, daily maintenance and common fault handling skills of the company's hot-selling surgical shadowless lamps, digital operating tables and other core products.

The training adopted a combination of theoretical explanation and on-site operation. Trainers explained product technical principles and service standards in detail through PPT presentations and case analyses, and arranged on-site practical operation links. Dealers conducted hands-on operations under the guidance of trainers, mastering product operation and maintenance skills in practice, and solving the technical difficulties encountered in daily business.
