HFMED, a leading manufacturer and one-stop solution provider of operating room (OR) equipment, launched a special customer equipment inspection activity for domestic cooperative medical institutions. The activity focuses on the daily operation status of core products such as 700LED surgical lamp and digital operating tables, aiming to find potential faults in time, ensure the stable operation of clinical equipment, and solve the practical difficulties encountered by customers in equipment use.

During the inspection, HFMED's professional technical team went deep into each cooperative medical institution, conducted a comprehensive inspection on the operation status of core equipment such as 700LED surgical lamp and digital operating tables, carefully checked potential hidden dangers in key parts such as light sources, circuits and mechanical structures, and recorded equipment operation parameters in detail to form a complete inspection report.

For the problems found during the inspection, the technical team put forward targeted solutions on the spot, and carried out on-site maintenance and debugging for simple faults to ensure that the equipment can return to normal operation in a timely manner. For complex faults that cannot be solved on the spot, the team will establish a fault file, formulate a detailed maintenance plan, and arrange special personnel to follow up the solution until the fault is completely eliminated.

"Carrying out regular customer equipment inspection is an important part of HFMED's after-sales service," said the person in charge of HFMED's after-sales service department. "Through regular inspection, we can find potential equipment faults in advance, reduce the impact of equipment failures on clinical work, effectively ensure the orderly development of clinical work in medical institutions, and further enhance customer trust in our products and services."

It is reported that this equipment inspection activity has covered more than 30 domestic cooperative medical institutions, effectively ensuring the stable operation of clinical equipment such as 700LED surgical lamp and digital operating tables. HFMED will take this activity as an opportunity to establish a regular customer equipment inspection mechanism, carry out inspection activities regularly, and provide all-round operation and maintenance support for cooperative customers.
